Hit-and-Run Driver Strikes 2 Cars, Tries to Flee on Foot, Cops Say
Glenside man allegedly struck a parked car in the Volvo dealership on Bethlehem Pike after striking a vehicle driven by a Plymouth Meeting resident.
A Glenside man faces multiple charges stemming from a Jan. 25 incident in Fort Washington in which he allegedly struck a Volvo in a dealership lot while fleeing from a Pennsylvania Avenue crash, and then tried to escape on foot, according to Upper Dublin Police. Robert Grasty, 42, will be charged with driving while operating privileges are suspended, abandoning a vehicle on private property, careless driving, trespass by motor vehicle, accident involving both attended and unattended vehicles, and duty to give information and render aid.
