UD Police Reports 6/13: Suspicious Business, Car into Ditch, and a Pair of Hit and Runs

All information is according to official police reports filed at the Upper Dublin Police Department. Tree into ditch: On June 7, a Roslyn man swerved to avoid a deer and ended up in a wooded ditch as he was driving north on Camphill Road near Heller Way. According to a police report, the man told officers that he “thought the deer was going to run across the road, so he swerved to the right, and instead of hitting the brakes, he hit the accelerator accidentally. The next thing he remembered was crawling out of his car in the wooded area.” The report said the car headed into trees just off the northbound lane immediately after Heller Way, and it also states that the vehicle hit a traffic pole.
