The Fort Washington man accused in a string of bank robberies in Montgomery County this month waived all charges against him to Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas Wednesday at Collegeville District Court. Alleged serial bank robber Kyle Anthony Wilson, 21, remains incarcerated at Montgomery County prison. According to Michael Goldberg of The Reporter, Wilson’s bail was reduced by $1,000 at his hearing to $499,000. The reduction affords Wilson the chance to work at the prison and engage in extra recreational privileges, according to the article. Joe Sarni, 38, of Lansdale, was released at district court on $10,000 unsecured bail
A Lansdale man whose family reported missing in July, and who turned himself in to Lansdale Police on drug charges on Oct. 9, heads to arraignment at Montgomery County court in December on drug possession and drug dealing charges following a waiver of a preliminary hearing Tuesday afternoon at Lansdale district court. Joe Sarni, 38, of 533 Walnut St., faces the following charges: Sarni, a recent Lansdale resident and Upper Dublin High School graduate, was reported missing about two weeks before Lansdale Police filed the drug offenses against him. Sarni did not reveal to police were he was for more than three months. Sarni's previous bail was $10,000 cash. It was reduced to $10,000 unsecured, and Sarni was released at Lansdale district …

Following an unsuccessful attempt to have his charges dropped during a preliminary hearing on Tuesday, Marino Tambourino, of Ambler, will face a formal arraignment at the county courthouse on July 18. Tambourino, 35, has been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, and recklessly endangering another person, in connection with the alleged Saint Patrick's Day beating of a Lansdale man at the Fireside Bar and Grill in Ambler. According to a report by Linda Finarelli with the Ambler Gazette, defense attorney Scott Krieger argued that the charges should be dropped because the victim did not testify. Gerald Boyce Jr. had the number of counts reduced, but all charges remain against the Lansdale man
Gerald Boyce Jr., of the 600 block of Wissahickon Avenue, Lansdale, on Thursday afternoon waived all charges against him during a preliminary hearing before District Judge Harold Borek to arraignment at the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas in July. Boyce will be arraigned in county court on July 18 at 9:30 a.m. Boyce is a suspect in five public masturbation incidents wherein eight of the 10 victims were underage. Boyce, 40, the father of an 8-year-old daughter, is suspected of being the serial masturbator that has been targeting teenage girls and women in and around Lansdale train station since June 2011, according to police.
