Assault and arrest: On Sept. 8 at approximately 4:22 p.m., a female victim entered the Upper Dublin police station to report that she had been physically assaulted. An ambulance was dispatched to the department to evaluate the woman’s injuries. The victim then told police that approximately 15 minutes earlier, Courtney Eugene Harris, 39, of the 300 block of Chelsea Avenue, North Hills, assaulted her while she was in Harris’ home. Burglary - On July 25 at approximately 6:34 p.m., an officer was dispatched to the 1400 block of Welsh Road for a report of a prior burglary. The resident of the home told the officer that when he had returned home from work, he entered through the side door of his house and heard a noise.
