A former Hatboro-Horsham Senior High School girls’ cross country coach who provided alcohol to a 17-year-old female athlete avoided jail time after pleading guilty to disorderly conduct and furnishing alcohol to a minor. According to Carl Hessler Jr. of Montgomery News, William Ryan Lichtner, 24, of the 1200 block of Limekiln Pike, Upper Dublin, was sentenced to one year probation and was ordered to complete 48 hours of community service, according to the article. Lichtner entered a plea agreement, which was accepted by Judge Gary S. Silow, according to the report.
