Flourless Chocolate Lovin’

All chocolate is not created equal.

Nothing says Valentine’s Day like chocolate, but if you really want to take care of your sweetheart, it’s important to choose your sweets wisely. Here are a few rules to follow. First, pick dark chocolate over milk. Dark chocolate has fewer unnecessary ingredients, less sugar and little to no dairy products. It’s also full of antioxidants and in small doses can be part of a healthy diet. Second, go organic. The fewer additives, preservatives and unnatural flavors and colors your chocolate has, the healthier it is for your loved ones. Third, opt for homemade. Why?
