Theft – On Jan. 2, a resident in the 200 block of Mattison Avenue reported her white Sony Vio 15” screen lap top was stolen from her residence sometime over night on Sunday, December 30, 2012. Serial number and tracking information has been provided to police and investigation is ongoing. Harassment – Melissa Shellhammer, 29 years of age of the 100 block of N. Main Street was cited for harassment on Jan. 4, after police responded to a disturbance. Theft – a resident of the unit block of S. Bethlehem Pike reported on Jan. 7 that sometime over night his gold wedding engagement ring was stolen. Unknown the value of the ring, Investigation ongoing.

Retail Theft – On Dec. 30 at 7:47 p.m., Samantha Hawkins, 24 years of age of the 800 block of Creekview Dr., Blue Bell, was cited for Retail Theft after police responded to a business in the unit block of W Butler Ave. for a theft complaint. It was relayed to the police that Hawkins had been involved in a prior theft at location, and was observed shoplifting on this date. Hawkins was transported to the station where she was cited. Terroristic Threats – On Dec. 30 at 3:20 a.m., Jose Tejada, 38 years of age of the 200 block of S. Main St. was arrested and charged with Simple Assault, Harassment, Recklessly Endangering Another Person and Terroristic Threats, after police responded for the report of a domestic in progress. Disorderly Conduct – On Dec. 22 at 12:30 a.m., Michael Dixon, 25 yrs of age of the 300 block of Valley Brook Rd., was cited for Disorderly Conduct after police responded to the residence for a disturbance call. Dixon was transported to the station where he was lodged until sober. Theft– A resident of the 200 block of Bannockburn Ave. reported on Dec. 18 that two UPS delivered packages were stolen from his front porch sometime during the day. One package contained an Alpine CD receiver valued at $139., and the other a $40 pair of sneakers. Theft – A resident of the 200 block of Forest Ave. reported on Dec. 16 that within the last two days, a gray and black basketball base and net valued at $150 were stolen. Vandalism - A resident of the 100 block of Tennis Ave. reported on Dec. 15 that Christmas lights had been pulled off of the bushes in the front of her residence, and left laying in the yard. Vandalism – A resident of the unit block of S. Bethlehem Pk. reported on Dec. 12 that vandalism to her vehicle that occurred within the last few days. All four tires of her vehicle were slashed.

Theft – A resident of the unit block of N Main St. reported on Dec. 3 that he just discovered his gray Springfield XD45 ACP pistol was missing, and believed it was stolen about a month prior when he had a party at his residence. Vandalism – Vandalism was reported on Dec. 1, in the 200 block of Bannockburn Ave. when it was discovered that two windows on the side of the building were broken with a rock. Burglaries – On Nov. 20, Police are investigating the burglaries of two businesses just discovered. One business is located in the 100 block of E Butler Ave. and the other in 200 block of E Butler Avenue. Simple Assault – William Jacoby, Jr., 47 years of age of the 200 block of S. Chestnut St. was arrested on Nov. 19, on a warrant for Simple Assault from a domestic that was reported on 11/16. He was live scanned and arraigned before District Justice Patricia Zaffarano. Theft – On Nov. 4 at 11:50 a.m., Scott Allan Smith, 45 yrs of age of the 6000 block of Martins Mill La., Philadelphia, was arrested and charged with Theft, Receiving Stolen Property and False I.D. to Law Enforcement, after police responded to St. Anthony’s Church on Forest Ave. for the report of theft of collection money. Smith was located nearby and taken into custody after being positively identified. Smith was live scanned at Upper Dublin Police Dept. where it was learned he had given false identification to the police.
