The second annual Ambler Arts Festival will be held on Saturday, June 15 from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m., and exhibitors are wanted for the show to display and sell their original works, according to Montco Resource. The festival is held on Butler Ave. in Ambler and this year will also feature a musical component, with music all day along and into the evening. The cost of a 10'x10' space is $75 and "only original works of art and personally hand-crafted items" will be allowed to be displayed or sold at the festival. Ambler’s first Arts Festival will be held on June 16, and will be a day filled with art, music, food and shopping in downtown Ambler. Butler Pike will be closed to traffic for the day, but instead it will be filled as an arts and crafts marketplace. According to the event's website, exhibitors include fine art, acrylics, watercolor, sculpture, photography, pottery, jewelry and more. Live music at the Main Street Stage and a kids corner will keep everyone happy. Not to mention the downtown shops and boutiques open with extended hours and the restaurants set up in traditional “street fair” style, along with their traditional seating.
