UD's Pfeffer Heading Back to Continue Play for German Soccer Club

Upper Dublin graduate, Zach Pfeffer, is heading back to Germany this summer to continue his tenure with 1899 Hoffenheim, Germany's top professional soccer league according to Philly.com. Pfeffer is on loan to the German club from the Philadelphia Union.

Pfeffer signed with the Philadelphia Union as a freshman at Upper Dublin High School, attending classes in the morning, practicing with the Union in the afternoon and taking online classes in the evening. He was assigned to the Hoffenheim beginning in January.
