Upper Dublin School Begins After Labor Day

Summer reading, summer math packets, and school supplies! School will be back in session before you know it.

While the kids are thinking "summer," there's plenty of school to get ready for.

School for Upper Dublin School District starts the day after Labor Day, Sept. 3. Students then have Sept. 5 and 6 off school.

Bus schedules for students will be released in August.

However, before school starts, there is a lot to do. Summer reading lists are available on the district's website and the fun is heating up at the Upper Dublin Library's Summer Reading Club.

Students entering grades at Sandy Run Middle School also have Summer Math Packets to complete before the first day of school.

School supplies list for each of the elementary school buildings are also available on the district's website.

Department and mega stores in the area have already started loading up shelves with those back to school goodies, and parents can stress less if they spread out the back to school shopping.
