Ryan Francis Platt of Fort Washington, PA, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Intelligence Analysis - BS from James Madison University during commencement exercises May 4, 2013.
Platt was among 3,600 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
