UD Panty Thief Admits to Theft, Stalking, Peeping

Kornwell Chan admitted in Montgomery County Court to stealing a woman's panties and looking up a woman's dress

Kornwell H. Chan of Upper Dublin, has pled guilty in Montgomery County Court to charges of "burglary, stalking, theft by unlawful taking, invasion of privacy and possessing an instrument of crime in connection with incidents that occurred in Springfield and Upper Merion between October 2011 and May 2012," according to a report in the Ambler Gazette.

Chan, 37, of the 1900 block of Audubon Drive, admitted to stalking and stealing the underwear of a Springfield woman as well as looking up the dress of a woman at a store in King of Prussia.

Chan remains in county jail pending sentencing.

"Judge Thomas C. Branca deferred sentencing so that court officials can complete a background investigative report about Chan and so Chan can undergo a mental health evaluation."

He faces a maximum of 16 to 32 years in prison.

Dude is a pervert, not a rapist. I would think that public humiliation and time served would be more than enough. If it wasn't so wrong it would be kind of funny.

I think the proper punishment would be to make him dress in panty and also wear one on his head for a year.

Of course, BoA could also promote better money habits if it stopped gouging people on hidden fees.
