Secure Prescription Recycling Offered at Township Building

Upper Dublin Police will be collecting expired, unwanted and unneeded prescription and over-the-counted medications on April 28.

On Saturday, April 28, the will join forces wit the National Drug Enforcement Agency to participate in the Agency’s National Drug Take Back Initiative.

Township residents can bring expired, unwanted, or unused prescription or other medications to law enforcement officers at the Township Police Department, at 801 Loch Alsh Ave. for secure destruction.

According to township police, the police is absolutely anonymous and no questions will be asked an no requests for identification will be made.

Police will be collecting medications on April 28 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. and will be collection prescription and over-the-counter medications, as well as cream and liquid medications.
