Police Arrest Huntingdon Valley Resident Over Drug Charges

A Huntingdon Valley resident was arrested for drug charges.

According to Upper Dublin Township Police, on Thursday, July 19, at approximately 9:25 p.m., an officer working in the Ambler section of the township allegedly observed an occupied silver Ford Taurus with the front turn signal malfunctioning. The operator of the vehicle had allegedly been weaving back and forth in the lane of travel.

According to the Upper Dublin Police Department incident report, when the officer stopped the vehicle, there was an allegedly a strong odor of burnt marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. The officer also allegedly seized and secured a grinder from the vehicle, which was also placed into evidence.

The driver, identified as Jesse Adelsberger of Huntingdon Valley, was transported to Holy Redeemer Hospital for a blood test and charges are pending NMS lab results.
