North Hills Resident Arrested for Failure to Appear in Court

A North Hills resident was arrested on an active warrant from Lansdale Police Department.

An Upper Dublin Police officer witnessed a 1997 Toyota Avalon stopped in the middle of the roadway at the intersection of Summit Avenue and Linden Avenue on Thursday, July 18 at 11:11 a.m. according to reports.

The man behind the wheel was identified as Nathanial Bootman, of the 3100 block of North Hills, who had an active bench warrant for failure to appear for a DUI stemming from a Lansdale Police Department case from July 2.

The officer detained Bootman pending confirmation of the warrant and at 11:21 a.m., the warrant was verbally confirmed and Bootman was placed into custody.

By 1:13 p.m., Bootman was released to the custody of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Department.
