Upper Dublin Police officers responded to a report of suspicious activity on the 200 block of Girard Ave. on July 28 at 3:58 a.m.
An officer encountered Shari Lyn Perez, of the 100 block of Mount Vernon Street, Lansdale, and a warrant from Bucks County dating back to 2006 came back for the subject, according to the police report.

Perez is charged with Simple Assault according to the court report.
Perez was transported back to Upper Dublin Police Headquarters to be housed and was then released to the Bucks County Sheriff's Department.
