A man driving a Nissan minivan struck a white Nissan Altima being driven by a 22-year old Willow Grove woman last week, and did not stop, police said.

According to police, the driver of the minivan passed the woman while she was driving westbound on North Hills Avenue on Sept. 5 shortly after 8 p.m.. The driver of the minivan then pulled in front of the woman driving the Altima, striking the Altima's driver's side fender.

The woman stopped next to the minivan driver at the corner of Fitzwatertown and Susquehanna roads, and told him that he struck her vehicle. The driver said he would pull over, but left the scene, fleeing on Susquehanna Road, police said.

The driver was wearing glasses and a green Eagles jersey; his vehicle, a 2002 Nissan out of Philadelphia, likely sustained damage to the passenger side fender.
