Dresher and Fort Washington Men Arrested for Intent to Deliver

A Dresher and a Fort Washington man were arrested in Blue Bell for Possession with Intent to Deliver.

According to Whitpain Township Police Reports, on Oct. 14, at approximately 10:42 p.m., an officer stopped a gold Oldsmobile on DeKalb Pike near Michael's Lane.

According to the report, the officer smelled a strong odor of marijuana and saw smoke coming from the car's windows.

The driver of the vehicle was identified as Nicholas Curotto, 20, of the 1000 block of Twining Rd. in Dresher, and the passenger was identified as Liam Stewart, 21, of the 400 block of Ambler Rd. in Fort Washington.

According to the report, during the stop, the officer found marijuana and paraphernalia in the vehicle.

Both Curotto and Stewart were charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver and Possession of Paraphernalia.

They were arraigned by District Justice Robert Sobeck and bail was set at $5,000/unsecured. Both were taken to Montgomery County Correctional Facility on detainers from Montgomery County Adult Probation.
