Ambler Police Reports: Philadelphia Man Arrested for Fraudulent Prescriptions

Police incident reports from Ambler Borough Police.

Public Drunkenness – Matthew J. Buseck, 25 yrs of age of the 300 block of Francis Ave., Ambler was arrested on Sept. 29 at 11:47 p.m., on charges of Theft from a Motor Vehicle and Public Drunkenness, after an officer on patrol observed him attempting to hide inside a vehicle on the 100 block of N Main St.  Buseck, who had a strong odor of alcohol on his person, and slurred speech, admitted to breaking into the vehicle for loose change, which he had in his hand.  He was taken into custody and transported to the police station. 

Warrant Arrest – Stanley J. Smith, 22 years of age of the 100 block of Reiffs Mill Rd. was arrested on Sept. 27 at 11:44 p.m., on a warrant issued for a Theft from a Motor Vehicle charge on 9/9/12. He was taken into custody and arraigned before Judge Margaret Hunsicker.

Forgery and Fraud - Brian Lonesome, 38 yrs of age of the 8000 block of Provident Rd., Philadelphia, was arrested and charged with Forgery and Fraud, on Sept. 26, after he attempted to acquire a fraudulent prescription at the CVS Pharmacy, 200 block of E Butler Ave.  He was arraigned before Judge Francis Lawrence and remanded to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in lieu of cash bail.
