$250 Stolen From Nicks Pizza, Police Say

At 1:27 a.m. on July 9, Upper Dublin police responded to a reported rear door alarm that was activated at Nicks Pizza, 1650 N Limekiln Pike.

According to the police report, unknown person or persons entered the store by prying or forcing open the rear door and entering the rear office and dumped numerous office papers from the desk onto the office chair.

Additionally, the cash register had about $250 is ones, fives, and tens missing. The register was left ajar but was found to be fully opened. The rolled change was left untouched.

The rear door also sustained about $750 in damage.

All surrounding shopping centers were checked to make sure they were not burglarized as well, according to police.

The owner told police he closed and left the business at 10 p.m. and said he did not see anyone of suspicion at that time.
