Rodney Ordway served his country in the U.S. Air Force and attained the rank of Airman First Class.
Rodney L. Ordway, 58, of Ambler, PA, died on September 10, 2012 at Abington Hospice at Warminster.
He was the beloved husband of Margaret Morris.
Rodney was born in Sayre, PA on May 2, 1954 to the late Charles and Joyce (Strope) Ordway.
He served his country in the U.S. Air Force and attained the rank of Airman First Class.
Rodney worked for Artman Lutheran Home as a Maintenance Worker for over 7 years.
He was a member of New Beginnings Community Church of Ambler, loved the outdoors and fishing, and enjoyed spending time with his family.
Besides his wife, he is survived by 4 children: Sara Morris (Michelle Posadas), Becky Brown (Bob), Robert Morris (Michelle), Lydia Rost (Brian); 3 grandchildren: Eric Elliott, Lilly and Phil Brown.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Service on Thursday, September 13, 2012 at 6PM at Emil J. Ciavarelli Family Funeral Home, 951 E. Butler Pike, Ambler.
A visitation will be held from 4:30 – 6 PM at the Funeral Home.
Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Rodney's name may be made to Artman Lutheran Home Project Connect, 250 N. Bethlehem Pike, Ambler, PA 19002.
