She was a Teacher, employed by Wissahickon School District until her retirement in 1993.
Patricia S. Saunders (nee Sutter), 84 of Ambler, formally of Maple Glen, died Tuesday at the Keystone Hospice in Wyndmoor, PA.
Born in Forty Fort, PA, she was the daughter of the late Morey and Harriet (nee Armbruster) Sutter.
She was a Teacher, employed by Wissahickon School District until her retirement in 1993.
Mrs. Saunders was an active member of Trinity Episcopal Church, and an avid reader and gardener.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Harold L. Saunders and daughter Jane Saunders of Ambler. Beloved mother of the late Scott and Corbett Saunders. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 1 Great Grand Son.
The funeral will be held on Saturday, November 17th at 11 am Trinity Episcopal Church, 708 S. Bethlehem Pike, Ambler with Rev. David Canan officiating. Burial will be in Trinity Episcopal Church Memorial Garden.
