Louise B. Markovich, Former Fort Washington Beauty Shop Owner
Markovich's funeral will be held Wednesday.
Louise B. Markovich, died Thursday, May 9 at her home in the Village of Neshaminy Falls in Montgomeryville. She was 83.
Born in Ambler, she was the daughter of the late George and Mary (nee Selak) Petrov. She was a Graduate of Ambler High School, Class of 1949.
Markovich operated the former Fort Washington Beauty Shop and a shop in her home on Bethlehem Pike prior to her retirement in 1987.

Markovich is survived by her son, Daniel Markovich of North Wales. She was preceded in death by her husband, Milan Markovich; and her brother, Sam Petrov.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Anton B. Urban Funeral Home, 1111 South Bethlehem Pike, Ambler. Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m.

Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Ambler.
