UDHS Students win Hatboro-Horsham Battle of the Bands

UD High School Students win Hatboro-Horsham Battle of the Bands

Two Upper Dublin students, Ted Dennis and friend, Dustin "Duddles" Sokol, participated in the Hatboro-Horsham Battle of the Bands this past Saturday night. Their friend and bandmate, Pat Quigley, attends Hatboro Horsham High School. Their band Machine Attraction (formerly Discipline) played 4 original songs and one cover song.  At the end of the evening, the three members of the band walked out with the awards for Best Drummer (Dustin Sokol), Best Bassist (Pat Quigley), Best Guitarist (Ted Dennis), and Best Band.

Prizes included 2 hours free recording time, Gigs at a local Music & Arts Store opening as well as top billing at the upcoming Hatboro Horsham Community Day event on June 2nd, 2012.
