The Week Ahead: What to Look for in Upper Dublin

Welcome to the week of Monday, March 19.

Although it seems as though spring has already arrived, Monday marks the last official day of winter. The weather this week should be fitting, as highs continually fall in the 70's this week, with lows only dipping below 50 on Friday as a cold front moves in for the weekend.

Spring sports also begin this week for Upper Dublin High School, as the boys tennis team hosts a slate of games and Lady LAX looks to get revenge on Abington for last year's season-opening loss.

Residents may want to keep an eye on Tuesday's Planning Commission meeting, which has several noteworthy items on the agenda, including the on Virginia Drive, an improvement plan for sidewalks at the Maple Glen Shopping Center, and an ordinance to regulate crematories.
