Bingo Is Almost Here!

When: Friday January 25th 2013

Where: TFES Gym and Cafeteria

Time: 6:30-8:30

Pre-pay discount Bingo Cards Due: Friday January 18

$5.00 for 12 Bingo cards $10 for 25 Bingo cards

Bingo cards will be sold at the door 2 for a $1

Raffle tickets will be sold that night for $1 each or $10 for 12 or $20 for 25

Teacher lunch raffles $1 for 2

$5 for 1 for larger baskets

To run this event we need your help!!!!

Please consider volunteering for 1 hour shifts.

You can volunteer and still have time to play Bingo with the kidsJ

Bingo Night is approaching on Friday, January 25th and we have been working very hard collecting for our raffle baskets. This is one of our biggest PTO events. All the money generated by the raffle baskets helps the PTO to provide many great things for the students and teachers at Thomas Fitzwater. Thanks to our generous donations last year, we were able to make some amazing baskets to raffle. In order to fill the baskets with amazing items again, we need the help of our Thomas Fitzwater families. Last year we collected theme items from each grade. We are doing something different this year. In Lau of asking for classroom donations we are looking for the following items:

• Any unwanted holiday gifts ie; dvds, games, toys, movie tickets, sporting events, sports memorabilia or tickets (flyers, Phillies, eagles, or 76ers)


• Gift cards/certificates can also be given to be placed into a raffle basket.

Please make sure to have your child’s name and grade on the item and send in no later than January 11. The classroom that provides the most donations will be rewarded a special treat!!!! We thank you in advance for your generosity by donating and helping to make these baskets and this year’s bingo a HUGE SUCCESS!!!
