Where/When: The Stoogeum, 904 Sheble Lane, Ambler; Sept. 3, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Why Go: The word’s only museum of Three Stooges memorabilia, doesn’t have regular operating hours but has an open house about once a month, to give you a chance to see the museum’s almost 100,000 pieces.
Pricing: Free admission, but donations are appreciated.

Where/When: Upper Dublin Library, 805 Loch Alsh Ave., Fort Washington
Why Go: In honor of the 150th anniversary of the Civil War, the library will host a book discussion series that explores the history of the nation through literature. Register to request the book. You must commit to all discussions.
