Recall: Track Lighting Recalled for Electric Shock Hazard
Track Lighting sold at IKEA has been recalled.
IKEA has recalled track lighting system, IKEA 365 + SÄNDA track, 28" and 45”, with approximately 5,000 units in the U.S. and 97,000 units worldwide.
The ground connection for track lighting is defective, which can pose am electric shock hazard.
The recalled tracks are model numbers 00149242 and 10149246.

The tracks were sold at IKEA stores nationwide from September 2011 to March 2012 for $15 to $20.
Consumers should stop using the tracks immediately and return it to an IKEA store for a replacement unit or refund.
