Here’s how it works:

We'll accept entries for the Top Dog from June 19 to July 3.

Between June 19 and July 3, our users will vote in the comments on which dog is Upper Dublin's Top Dog. So make sure you hit that social media campaign trail early! Share your post on Facebook and Twitter to gain more votes! The sooner you post your pup, the earlier you can start netting those votes!

On July 6, we will announce the winner of Upper Dublin Patch Top Dog contest.

The winners of the local contests will then move on to a regional competition. The voting for that level runs from July 9 to 20, and again, will take place in the comments section of that article (which will be posted on July 9).

On July 23, the five regional winners will be unveiled, and they will face off to become Greater Philadelphia's Patch’s Top Dog from July 23 to 27. The winner will be announced July 30.

Look for great prizes at both the regional and Greater Philadelphia levels.

To vote: Look for the number in the top right corner of the photo and refer to that in the comments.
