Timoney Knox Partner Kate Harper participating on two panels at Montgomery County Association of Township Officials' convention
State Rep. Catherine M. “Kate” Harper, a partner at the Fort Washington-based Timoney Knox LLP law firm, will participate on two panels Sept. 27 at the fall convention of the Montgomery County Association of Township Officials in Ambler.
Harper, who represents the 61st district in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, will be among the speakers addressing, “Transportation Funding: How Much and Where is the Money Coming From?” and among others discussing, “The Open Records Act: Where’s the Reset Button?” The convention is being held at The Manor House at Prophecy Creek.
Harper has an extensive background in municipal government and law, having been a member and chair of the Lower Gwynedd Township Supervisors for 13 years, and a solicitor or special counsel for numerous municipal entities.
