MGCA: 2012 Begins with Networking Events

The MGCA focused on self-promotion during its first meeting of the year.

Sent to Upper Dublin Patch by the MGCA and posted as a service to residents and the local business community.

The Maple Glen Community Association held its first meeting of the New Year on January 24th at Brandywine Estates in Dresher. The theme was how to effectively utilize different avenues for self-promotion. MGCA offers online venues such as Facebook, Linked In, and the Web to get the word out. Members are also encouraged to host an event, and present their products or services at the monthly meetings.

Member Jen Gardner, owner of Bounce U in Horsham, will be hosting the Speed Networking Event slated for Tuesday, February 14th from 8 AM – 11 AM.  It is always a fun, exciting, and effective way of business networking. This event is limited to 40 people and sold out last May.
