Upper Dublin Ranked Among PA’s Safest Municipalities

Upper Dublin is one of the safest municipalities in Pennsylvania, according to a study done by a private home-security company.

The SafeWise Report ranked Upper Dublin the 33rd-safest municipality in Pennsylvania, and had this to say about the township:

33. Upper Dublin Township

Upper Dublin Township predates the birth of the nation by nearly 100 years. If practice makes perfect, that might be why this town of just over 25,000 residents is so good at maintaining the safety and security of home and hearth for the people who call Upper Dublin home. With no murders reported in 2011 and total crime dropped by 23.7% in the same time period, this township is one of the safest places to live in the state. Cecil Township in Washington County was ranked the safest in the Keystone State.
