DESCRIPTION:Ambler Area YMCA will host the Spring Into Summer 5K/10K\, Ju
 ne 13 at 6 p.m.\nThe certified 5K course takes a fast and flat route thr
 ough a residential area\, starting near Wissahickon High School and fini
 shing with a lap around the stadium track. The course also proceeds for 
 one mile on a nature trail.\nAwards will be given for top overall male a
 nd female finishers\, as well as top finishers in age groups.\nPre-regis
 ter online: Adults $25\, children 10 and under $12\; Race-day registrati
 on: Adults $30\, children $12 and under $12.\nYour registration fee incl
