I guess the report about the major bar fight at the Fireside on Saturday night is not ready for publication yet. You would think that an incident which woke many local residents, involved several intoxicated people and had the police there for almost an hour would warrant a notation in the blotter. I would also imagine there would be some arrests.

I did not see anything about a major bar fight on Saturday, but I'll check up on that with police. Thanks for letting us know.

Hey tk040, The last "Major bar fight" there was almost a year ago, not too bad right? Maybe it's time to think about 55+ communities.....

There should be NO major bar fights at a neighborhood restaurant/bar. If you can't drink without becoming a sociopath then stay home.

No? Why do you think these things? Can you please post a link to the other "major fights" that you are talking about then? What about the one form Saturday night you speak of?

Otis, I'm not sure what you're talking about in regard to a "link" to the fights. Maybe I should start filming them and putting them on YouTube. That way there would be documentation of them. As for last Saturday's fight, I personally witnessed it. Apparently, although the police were there for almost an hour, they didn't feel the need to make a report of it. I don't yet belong in the 55+ community, but I do like to sleep in the middle of the night. I'm weird like that.
