Stephanie Hultquist To Become Fort Washington Elementary School Principal
Hultquist has been with the district for the last nine years, serving in different roles including teacher, technology coach, assistant principal, and Coordinator of Educational Technology.
From Upper Dublin School District:
As the Superintendent of Schools, I am proud to announce to the Fort Washington Elementary School faculty, staff, and community that Mrs. Stephanie Hultquist has been recommended to the Board of School Directors to be appointed to serve as the next Principal of Fort Washington Elementary School.
The Board of School Directors is expected to approve Mrs. Hultquist’s appointment at their next Legislative Meeting scheduled for Monday, May 14. Mrs. Hultquist has been with the District for the last nine years, serving in different roles including teacher, technology coach, Assistant Principal, and Coordinator of Educational Technology. Mrs. Hultquist received her Bachelor and Master degrees from West Chester University and her Principal Certification from Immaculata University. It is expected that Mrs. Hultquist will maintain some of her district-wide responsibilities in the area of technology, but most others will be reassigned to allow Mrs. Hultquist to concentrate her attention on her new position.
I join the Fort Washington Elementary School faculty, staff, and parents in offering my congratulations, and in welcoming and wishing Mrs. Hultquist well in her new role.
Sincerely,
Michael Pladus

I don't understand I have seen articles on Stephanie Hultquist being recommended to the Board of School Directors to be appointed to serve as the next Principal of Fort Washington Elementary School. I have seen articles about the issues at Sandy Run Middle School involving children from St.Marys.
The one thing I haven't seen and correct me if I am wrong is any article from your paper about the Upper Dublin board and them not renewing Coach Vince Catanzaro's contract for the Upper Dublin Girls Basketball. There is an article in the Ambler Gazette about this but I don't understand why I haven't been able to find anything about this in your paper.
The Upper Dublin board needs to revoke their decision and reinstate Vince Catanzaro and I would like to get this out to the public.
