On Thursday, Nov. 8, Food Network will be in Philadelphia holding an open casting call for season 9 of The Next Food Network Star.

According to Casting Associate for The Next Food Network Star, Kristen Damiani, "Essentially, we are looking for those with a captivating personality who believe they’re at the top of the culinary game and want to inspire a Food Network audience through their passion for food and cooking!"

There are two ways to apply to the program, you can attend the open casting call or you can submit a three minute home video online.

When attending the open casting call in Philadelphia, which will be held at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., bring two recent clearly labeled photographs of yourself and your resume.
