Hit-and-Run Leads to DUI Arrest, Police Say
Police said the driver had bloodshot and glassy eyes, was unsteady on his feet and had to use the car to maintain his balance, police said; he was swaying on his feet and had to lean back on the trunk for balance.
The burglary occurred sometime between 3 and 9:45 p.m. on Feb. 7.
