Four Businesses Broken Into Overnight in Ambler

Four businesses on Butler Ave. in Ambler were broken into overnight.

Ambler Police say unknown persons broke into four businesses in Ambler overnight.

According to police, sometime between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m., persons entered State Farm, Kieser’s Auto, Ghani Cleaners, and Zina’s Kitchen. For all the break-ins, except State Farm, a window was broken to gain access to the building. A window air conditioning unit was removed at the State Farm building to gain access.

The persons allegedly stole a small amount of cash, taking the petty cash drawer at State Farm, the cash in the register at Keiser’s Auto, Ghani’s Cleaners and Zina’s Kitchen; and taking the donation jar at Zina’s Kitchen.

The break-ins are under active investigation by the Ambler Borough Police Department.

Ghani's Cleaners was replaced by a satellite company about 18 months ago. Could it have been Lindenwald Cleaners that was robbed?
