A Bird Visits Montco Habitat

One of the Philadelphia Eagle stops by Montgomery County Habitat for Humanity after his foundation helped build a house in North Hills.

Philadelphia Eagles tackle Todd Herremans visited Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County on Thursday on behalf of the Todd Herremans Foundation to present a check to help the organization continue its fight against poverty in Montgomery County.

“We feel very honored that Todd has chosen Habitat as one of the many important causes that he supports,” Habitat’s executive director Marianne Lynch said. “We appreciate his focus on ending poverty housing in our community.”

Members of Herremans’ foundation joined Bank of America on a Habitat construction site in North Hills late last month.
